My neighbors had very traditional family Christmas and I enjoyed
being part of it ....instead of being alone. Hoping to return to my
house of course.

Man, this blunderbuss works. I took it out for a test run, and here are the results. The first pictures is at 6 yards, the second picture is at 12 yards.

I have concluded that the maximum useful range for this gun is about 15 yards. Talk about a short range gun!

Makes me wonder if I can use this thing for partridge, quail, and rabbit……

My Aunt breaded squirrel and fried it like chicken.
It was pretty good!

Cook it the same way you would cook a rabbit. With squirrels, I usually made a stew of them.

The last time I made squirrel stew, it was with one squirrel. Just don't try to make too big a pot of stew from one squirrel.
