Run 'em through the blender with some Italiam bread crumbs and use them to bread chicken.

To be completely honest, in the video, that was my best description for the taste. The taste is almost impossible to describe.

The best thing that I can come up with is an overly citrusy taste for the ants.

As for the scorpions, they taste like overly salted shrimp.

Actually, I saw one chef on YouTube do that with crickets. He didn’t bread chicken with it, but he did run them through a blender.

That’s completely understandable. To be honest, I was skeptical at first myself. I just decided to be brave and try it out.

Well, I had to look at that website. I was surprised that crickets by the pound came in a lot of flavors. And were only $39.95. And you could get a subscription so you keep getting them shipped.

Kinda like Chewy for pet food.

Still... eww I'd have to get really hungry to eat bugs.

Yeah, I was surprised at all the flavors for crickets too. To be honest, I kind of overwhelmed me.

I didn’t know about the subscription part, so thanks for pointing that out. I’ll have to look into that.
