Thanks for pointing that out! It is supposed to be flour. I edited the the post.

Yes, I save the left over for making the next bread recipe. I save the left over starter in the fridge- it is good to go for more than two weeks in the fridge.

Two things:

First is baking related. We picked up a whole octopus at the market today. We’re gonna try and make a Japanese recipe called Takoyaki. If we are successful, I will post the recipe.

Secondly, while I was working in the garden, I noticed that my dog was laying right where my rabbit Sophie passed away. I went closer to him to see if he was OK, and he was. He got up and moved. After moving, I happened to come across what appears to be a piece of my rabbits jaw bone.

For reference, my rabbit passed away January 18th of this year. After she died naturally, a feral cat came and tore apart her jaw. I guess I missed a bone when I was picking up pieces of her to bury.

Out of respect for my rabbits grave, I can’t just dig up the spot, and bury the bones I found with the rest of the rabbit.

What should I do with these? Bury them in a different spot?

I just need an opinion.
Jared, nice to see you are having fun. The last email I received was 5468 ....AGAIN
I DID NOT RECEIVED THESE LAST TWO. I am not a computer Guru and am
about to give up. Aria

I think I know what your issue is. However, it will take explaining over the phone. I will need to walk you through it.

If you want, call me at 4 o clock EST. That’s 2 o clock MST, which is my time zone.

Jared, this has stressed me out...and I am not able to deal with it right now. I
KNOW YOU DO UNDERSTAND. I need to take a break. Perhaps there is a
reason for this? I have been having these issues ENOUGH. Thank you for
your caring thoughts. Let us let it rest for now...perhaps later. Aria

try and make a Japanese recipe called Takoyaki
DD2 was introduced to that when she did her semester in Japan. I'm surprised she tried it since mostly she won't try anything she hasn't had before because she knows she won't like it. That octopus looks kinda big, I hope it isn't tough. You are going to have a LOT of octopus left after you make the takoyaki. Cut it up in rings and make the octopus version of calamari?

Like meatballs, only made from octopus?
No, pieces of octopus with tempura flakes. And you need the takoyaki sauce to put on them after they cook ;) DD2 bought an electric takoyaki pan online. Not sure how you cook the balls without this pan, it is like a griddle with round holes. You roll the balls over when the bottom is cooked to cook the other side (if a round object can have a side ;) )

Are you relying on emails of each post?? I'd die in the sea of emails!!!! It is really easy to just check your watched threads on the site. Do it daily and you won't miss any.
