Some of the best fish I have had were really little.

Make batter and pan fry or deep fry them. Squeeze some lemon juice on them before the batter. Salt & pepper to taste.

I have a sour dough starter. I have yet to actually use it she's bubbly and happy I'm just intimidated by the process of the bread I think

Start with pancakes or biscuits then.

Yes, as mentioned, use some of the starter to make yourself a nice pancake for breakfast. I also use 1/2 cup of starter in my regular bread recipe.

I make discard bread weekly! It's amazing my kids go nuts for it lol
