Good idea! Many of us also do much more grilling outside during the summer.

The garage idea reminds me of turn-of-the-century folks who would have a "summer kitchen." It was typically a small unattached building right near the main house.
I can sure understand the need for the summer kitchen if you could afford one! Imagine all that canning with no air conditioning in the hotter and/or humid areas! 🥵

It is comfortably cool time of season in my area. Did some baking..
First time using this Packet Cornbread. I followed instructions on back.
I used the Butter spray to coat the parchment paper. This way it separated easily from paper.:frow

Came out Delicious. :drool:drool:drool Just wanted to add this; This Cornbread is not very crumbly compared to other packets I baked previously. I looked at ingredient listing. This does contain wheat flour. That explains that it does contain gluten , and is not crumbly like corn flour only bake.

When i was visiting friends in Hungary, they had an old house, which also had a summer kitchen, I forgot the total lay out, but it really made sense. Keeping the bedroom cool and the summer kitchen also had amenities to dry vegetables like bell peppers and onions ..

All of which looks delicious, Rich! Question: does the cornbread mix contain lard? I can't use the Juffy brand mix because it does.
