I admit, @R2elk , I was not expecting to like your recipe. I don’t care for hot chocolate cookies. I made them to play with my new pan, cooling racks and oven mitts. I suspected I’d be giving them all away. Now I don’t want to share! :lau

I made six plain, and the rest with marshmallows. My new pan can handle thirty cookies.

My father’s Christmas present arrived today. It's a Japanese Tamagoyaki pan. I can’t get a picture right now because I hid it until I can get it wrapped.

This might cause some confusion, because I already have another pan with a similar name, a Takoyaki pan.

There is a difference between a Takoyaki pan, which is for making fried octopus balls, and a Tamagoyaki pan, which is used for making a rolled egg omelette.

I’ll get a picture soon.

I am also getting more recipes on the plates I’ve been 3d printing. So far, I have the back plate and seven out of 45 pages printed.

I am also thinking about how to “save” recipes, still haven’t found the perfect solution, first was traditional, writing it in a book, but it’s hard cos the pages kept closing, and looked bad after a while ( dripping sauce, butter whatever) them I tried printing them out and holding them together with a coil, better, the front page is plastic ( easy to wipe down) the back cardboard , but… the pages are still getting messed up and since only the front is plastic, but when it is open, you lay it in wet stuff and the recipe on the back suffers…so, still not a perfect solution, I am thinking about printing them out and sealing every page in plastic, not very environment friendly 😬 have you got any better ideas?! I need LARGE print ( a few year ago, I could still read the fine print without any trouble 😳)
