Any Home Bakers Here?

Bread machine update: success! I started with the most basic loaf (pictured) and also made a small "French bread" loaf with some minor tweaks. The smell is SO good and makes me want to just keep on making yummy loaves of fluffy goodness. Might try a challah recipe I found online to see what happens.

I had some extra poppy seed filling leftover from Holiday bake, so in my experimenting mood, I baked the following.
I had a couple envelopes of the Graham Cracker pie shell mix from No bake Cheesecake. I had them because I used ready made pie crust shells when I made the cheesecakes.
I made a common Baking Powder raised dough, but replaced half of the flour with the graham crumbles from those envelopes.
Experiment was a SUCCESS. :thumbsup
I stored the envelopes in the box below. Can be seen just to the left of the box.

Out of the oven. The white spots are Powdered sugar, that I failed to sift.:old The powdered sugar left a nice glaze. (applied before baking)
