I have a question. I am investigating micro greens in cooking. My question is simple, how exactly do you use a micro greens in dishes and meals? I’m just curious.
Jared, GREENS are one of my favorite meals. Place a large pan on heat and a little galic add the greens all at once and about 1/2 cup broth....if you do not have broth make it water. Put the cover on and let it cook for 5 mins....Turn and add
a little Miso ...open the center of the greens...called a hot spot...put the miso in
and then stir....put the cover back on and let cook for 5 minutes. Aria

Garlic and greens... Can't go wrong with those two things together! There are so many different greens out there; something for everyone!

I was thinking of growing some microgreens and using them like sprouts in a salad. Has anyone done that?

I planted a bunch of kale in pots in my (unheated) green house, but even in there, under cover, they froze and died in the really cold temps we had a few weeks ago.

I've since planted more. My plan was/is to plant a lot of seeds, and when the pot is crowded, cut some for microgreens.
 
I am embarrassed to make this confession, but I’m going to make it anyway. Y’all think what you think of me as it is, so I don’t think this is really going to change your mind about me. 😂😂
Until today, I have never made a good batch of buttercream frosting. I am pretty sure I used margarine a time or two, and 100% sure I didn’t do it right. I did not cream the butter alone for several minutes first. I did not sift my powdered sugar. I did not mix the batches of sugar in for a minute or so between. I did not keep it on low.
Now I have the right frosting, and a new problem. :oops: I want to eat it without cake.
