23°F this morning. It's up to 42°F now. Almost all of yesterday's snow is melted.

We do have the garden in here not watered it much.
The rain has been here.
I made a angle food cake last night, I add cream cheese to most cakes. 10 of our egg whites !

I have started the sourdough bread baking process!

The bread will be baked tomorrow morning.

I learned about charcoal placement today and tried it as an experiment while making peach cobbler.

A resounding success!!!!

I only watched the first three minutes (I can’t imagine anything else needing to be said), and it basically says we need to bake our own bread, and store bought is gonna kill you. Slice and freeze what you can’t eat in a day so it doesn’t run away.
