I learned about charcoal placement today and tried it as an experiment while making peach cobbler.

A resounding success!!!!
 

I only watched the first three minutes (I can’t imagine anything else needing to be said), and it basically says we need to bake our own bread, and store bought is gonna kill you. Slice and freeze what you can’t eat in a day so it doesn’t run away.
