Any Home Bakers Here?

I did a very interesting experiment with baking today.

Frutti di Mare, or seafood pizza. Believe it or not, it’s actually quite delicious.

I also made a pizza called Quattro Stagioni. I accidentally left out the oregano.

Both taste really good!

I second that that looks wonderful, and I’m not even a huge fan of squid. Did you have to do anything special for prep or just make it like a normal pizza?

I have an interesting baking story today.

A long time ago, when I very young and lived in north Idaho, I used to go to the Kootenai county fair. Every time I went, I would get my parents to get me one piece of carnival food called an elephant ear. I loved those things.

Today, I was doing some research and I actually found the recipe. I decided to try it out.

After making it and trying it out, a flood of memories came back to me. All the memories I had of eating elephant ears at the fair just made me very happy.

Here is a picture and the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe!

Good afternoon everyone.

Two days until the Dutch oven cooking contest. I need to start preparing.

I will definitely post pictures of my progress.
I hope you get a blue ribbon!

Bakers good evening one and all!

Tea is ready.

Temperature is in the 70s with predicted this evening.

I travelled from Jacksonville home in a storm at times doing 35 to 45 mph on a 60mph road because I could not see the white lines on the road.

Have a great day!
