I literally had planned on making sd bread and apple cinnamon rolls today.
As it is, it was a chaotic day, and no baking was accomplished. I did, however, make my first batch of tofu.

I made apple cake today

Yeast dough

Filling : vanilla pudding with quark and sliced apples

On top rum soaked raisins and chopped almonds

Topped it off with granulated sugar and pats of butter, done
