Good thing I know about cheese.
 
My first MIL used to win all the ribbons and awards at the county fairs with her cinnamon rolls. Just before baking, she'd put a pie cherry on each one, and just before serving she'd frost them. These below are still hot from the oven so no frosting but I baked them in tribute to her (mine are part whole wheat).
