Not doing lots of Baking either.

I haven't been baking much, either. Between being busy with garden and chickens it's been to hot to use the oven. Now that it's cooling down some I will be back at it.

Those are beautiful! Do you use honey in your muffins? I need to start incorporating ours into more of my cooking.

Yes, I either just add 1/4 cup of honey or replace 1/4 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of honey.

Ah yes, I love using honey in my recipes. Is a much more pleasant kind of sweetness, in my opinion.

I use it as a preservative because of its antifungal properties.

That looks like an amazing book to have. I'll have to do a search and see if I can find a copy. Might be kind if hard to do, but you never know.
