I am addicted to collecting cookbooks now.

I found an interesting recipe in this book called Friday Chicken. I can’t exactly disclose the recipe due to copyright, but I will say this, you put stuffing BETWEEN the skin and the breast of a whole chicken.

Interesting. I am trying it tonight.

These are ours. That tied up bundle of paper is a stack of recipes from my MIL, I'm slowly copying them into that green and pink notebook.

It’s in the oven. I am not exaggerating when I say this, my sister stepped out of her room and was lead to the kitchen by a “divine smell.”

It smells REALLY good! About 1 hour left of cooking time.
