It’s in the oven. I am not exaggerating when I say this, my sister stepped out of her room and was lead to the kitchen by a “divine smell.”

It smells REALLY good! About 1 hour left of cooking time.

Yes. I’ve made farmhouse cheddar, Colby, Swiss, derby, Leicester, ricotta and 30 minute mozzarella
