Good morning Bakers! Happy Monday! Headed to the kitchen to deal with some peppers I harvested and will try to bake some pumpkin bread. Pa ate the whole loaf in one day the last time I made it.

I just emerged from the closet. I was thinking about canning today, but apparently I am not since I just broke all of my jars with one little bump of the basket sitting next to the stack of jars. I am barefoot, and the jars were by the door. Siri is a useless jerk, so I shut him off.

Okay, I still hate Siri for not calling for help (texting someone to rescue me from the closet), but I got the mess cleaned up, only have a few scratches on my feet, and I have a few jars still.
I also re-organized all the shoes that I have in the closet that I didn’t think about when I was barefoot in there.

… today I am baking nothing. Thursday I am making an XXXXXXL cupcake for a birthday party. I am now excited about a Christmas cake I saw using my cupcake pan.

You should’ve seen me knitting at the assisted living home where my grandparents are at. During dinner, me and my dad went and visited them. I brought my knitting along. Four separate ladies came up and saw how fast and how well I was knitting. Got some good comments.

A friend gifted this to me. It’s starting to get a little mushy, so I need to use it today.

I. baked a savory onion „cake“ today with yeast dough, hubby went to a church gathering and since he had his birthday in October, he wanted to bring some food, so I baked the savory onion xxl quiche…forgot to take a picture, if hubby brings back some leftovers, I will take a picture
