Any Home Bakers Here?

I want to add caraway seeds to my rye bread. None of the local stores carry it. Any recommendations for an online source? There's so much junk available, I'd prefer buying from a place that people have used and would recommend.
If you do like to try, them do so. Go for a small quantity. I can purchase rye bread at my bakery,,, with caraway, and without.
Just a heads up what may occur. (at lest in my family circle.)
A byproduct is
methanethiol (CH3SH)

has a lot of different seeds but not caraway. I bought them from the spice section in the store though. A little bit goes a long way.

@jnicholes, any test results yet? If you'd care to let us know.

I’m learning what the results are and what I have on November 21. That’s the only day the doctor can see me to tell me.

The good news is that we know it’s not cancerous. They were able to tell me that much.

I am also experimenting with the banana squash today. Making a pumpkin pie using banana squash instead of pumpkin.
I make lemon meringue (now lemon-lime) pie for hubby at Thanksgiving. I'm thinking I'll make a butternut-instead-of-pumpkin unpie for me. (Unpie = no crust.)

The Armenian exchange student made this for us. It’s called Dolma.

I’ll try to get the recipe.

Ooh. Looks like grape leaves! There's a local Mediterranean restaurant that has delicious gyros, and when I order lunch I always substitute grape leaves for the usual French fries.

Yes, they are grape leaves. To be honest, this meal was not really my favorite. In fact, it actually made me vomit. I think it was the texture of the grape leaves. I don’t know.

The exchange student does not know this. She will not know it.

On a side note, the squash pie was a big success. I can’t tell the difference between this and regular pumpkin pie.

I am not sure I will have an excuse to make this, but, @cavemanrich or @jnicholes , you two seem to be likely to like the idea of stuffing focaccia bread.
Use whatever focaccia recipe you prefer (sd or not), and start cooking up your vegetables and herbs like you would for stuffing. When you go to do the third and fourth focaccia folds, add a couple tablespoons of seasoning first.
After it is in the pan, ready to dimple and bake, add the last of the seasoning.
I am not a fan of stuffing out of the bird, so this is definitely something I would make if I were going somewhere offering stuffing from the bird.
