Has anyone else already gotten a start on holiday baking?

Having grandparents (the ones with dementia) and another family over for Thanksgiving. Serving 14 people total.

Cranberry sauce
Mashed potatoes
Stuffing

Green bean casserole
Candied yams

Dessert:

The master ingredient list is way too big to post.

Wow, that sounds absolutely amazing! Are you getting a hand to help with all of that cooking and baking?

I did this as an experiment, and I must say, that was an interesting way to cook an egg!

It’s impossible for me to do on my own, I am definitely having help. We’re trying to figure out who’s making what, and then we will make the baking schedule.

16 sweet rolls in the oven for a neighbor’s early Thanksgiving (she was going to serve store bought 😱), and 16 dough balls in the freezer as a start for another get-together. Has anyone else already gotten a start on holiday baking?
I haven't started the baking yet but have purchased all the ingredients. I'm hosting this year and providing the meat and deserts. All the other side dishes will be made by grown children and grandchildren. Great-grands will be the cleanup detail. They range in age from 8 to 15, they can handle it.

This is similar to what we are having except for the Prime rib, mince pie and French silk pie. I will add mac and cheese (special for a grandchild that doesn't like ham or turkey), lima beans, chocolate cake from scratch and pecan pie. If everyone comes that was invited there will be about 25 people.
