I've had squirrel before - it was actually quite good. It was seasoned and cooked over a campfire.Grandma never gave that to me squirrel we called tree rats.
Ate cotton mouth snakes, Jack or shadow brought them dead.
It is not the taste.....appearance....does not look like food I would enjoy. EEK. I eat most and small portions. Tongue...NEVER...have ...Never will. ha haTastes like chicken?

Make some lingra tacos.I was able to strike a bargain on a cow tongue at the store today. I think I’m gonna use it for an Escoffier recipe, as he has an entire section on braised tongue.
