Any Home Bakers Here?

My oven failed. Total failure. In fact, I’m pretty sure it would’ve started an electrical fire if we didn’t unplug it right away.

Getting it out of the house was very difficult.

I guess until we get a new oven we are cooking on top of the stove or in my Dutch ovens outside.
 
In the past, when I used my KA mill attachment, I did sift. But I then saved the coarse flour (bran) in the freezer to add to recipes like meatloaf. You can also cook it up as a hot cereal or add it to granola bars.
