Any Home Bakers Here?

I need help doing some research on a baking project. I made a big batch of fromage blanc cheese. I am at a loss of what to do with it. I’m supposed to make a side for dinner tonight.

This is time sensitive, any ideas of what I can do?
Tarte flambée, or mini tartes flambées if you want to be fancy.

Mix some into a bowl of beaten eggs and use that for a quiche or frittata (or mini individual ones)

Blend it with herbs and other things to make some kind of dip or spread.

Cheesecake if you have some left over after, or if making it into a dessert rather than a side would be acceptable.

Thanks a bunch! I actually just created a great recipe using fromage Blanc. I will post it in just a moment.

Fromage blanc and Jelly sandwich.

Ingredients:

Fromage Blanc cheese
Any kind of jam or jelly (I used raspberry jam)
Bread

Directions

Make the Fromage Blanc (recipe link follows)

Put fromage Blanc and jelly on a sandwich, as if you were making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Serve.

I know, I was skeptical about this idea at first, but it turned out absolutely DELICIOUS.
