Tarte flambée, or mini tartes flambées if you want to be fancy.I need help doing some research on a baking project. I made a big batch of fromage blanc cheese. I am at a loss of what to do with it. I’m supposed to make a side for dinner tonight.
This is time sensitive, any ideas of what I can do?
Mix some into a bowl of beaten eggs and use that for a quiche or frittata (or mini individual ones)
Blend it with herbs and other things to make some kind of dip or spread.
Cheesecake if you have some left over after, or if making it into a dessert rather than a side would be acceptable.
