Such as...? I eat 2 TBS a day in my oatmeal, M-F.

That is the normal amount I have seen. Eating more in the beginning, when it’s a new habit, can cause problems like gas/bloating.

I'd have to have nothing but water for a couple of days. I don't think I could do it. But I don't think it gives me gas.

OK, I owe you all an explanation.

We don’t know what happened, for some reason I’ve been getting extreme unstable mentally. I got to the point where I had to go to the hospital. I’m all right now, I’ve been prescribed a medication that should help.

Let’s just say there were a lot of self harm thoughts and I was unable to stop these thoughts despite my best efforts. It’s a very complicated situation, and that’s the easiest way I can put it.
