Any hunters?

Any hunters on here? I'd love to hear your stories, see your pictures, and what animals you hunt!

I hunt ducks, deer, and turkey. Just last weekend I shot a buck on youth opener!

My life basically revolves around beagles and rabbit hunting lol. Used to bow hunt ALOT. Still get a 1 or 2 deer for the freezer but not into it as much. Still shoot a few squirrels, doves, and still have a bird dog but not really any quail around these parts anymore. So she has just turned into a pet that gets her exercise when we go on horseback rides.

That's awesome! We got a black lab to be a duck dog but she turned out only to be a lap dog lol She still loves to go in hunts with us and isn't gun shy, she will fetch few ducks but that's it. I sure do love her tho ❤

I dont hunt but would love to just for a rack to make a perch for my budgies out of lol i dont like deer its to chewy and ducks are to greasy and turkeys are to big lol

He's gone now but have a few of his offspring left. Spent more time with this dog than I have most people.

That's awesome! There is always a few dogs in your life that will mean everything to you and my guess is he was one of those

I'm a city boy so I've never been hunting, though I would love to dip my toes in it! It's a shame how crazy the white tailed deer population is getting because their natural predators have been killed or chased off. I'm afraid of taking hikes without layers of clothes out of fear of getting lyme disease, which is at an all-time high

We are going to teach our retriever to pheasent and shed hunt when we get her. We deer hunt more than pheasent but we haven't had luck this year getting anything.
