Drinking more than usual can cause runny poops. What do you feed her? Your regular vet might allow you to collect some droppings in a baggie, and bring it in for amfecal float test to look for worms or other parasites.

What is her behavior? Different than usual? If so, in what way?

When was her last egg? Had she been laying regularly until then? Were any of the eggs thin-shelled or shell-less?

Has she been eating any grass or other greens? If not, has her appetite been off. Eating less? Feel her crop. Is it full at bedtime and empty in the morning?

I feed her corn these stuffs for vitamin

And yes she eat grass and digging but her tail was downward too after I took her to my garden I thought she would be better and then tail upwards everything normal is she triking me or something?cause she wants to go to the garden?

Every chicken in the world would love a garden to eat. I have my gardens with vegetables and the chickens have their own garden they get to mangle and abuse. But chickens need grains, too. Millet and wheat and soy are often used for chicken feed. Do you also feed those to your chickens? They would get the protein they need from those grains.

Where do you live? USA? Asia? Europe? Africa?
