If I build an 8x12 coop, how many chickens can that house comfortably?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but how about 8 by 8...That's what I have.

8 by 8 will hold 16 chickens at 4sqft pre bird.or 20 at 3sqft pre bird.

a good rule of thumb is 4 square feet indoors and 10 square feet outdoors for each chicken.
