Any idea on what color this could be?

I hatched around 30 barnyard mix chicks and have two that look like this. They're dad is probably a blue laced red wyandotte. I'm debating on keeping them just to see what they look like.

But could I see what types of hens you have first? If they are mixed breeds I'd need to see pictures.

I probably have between 40 to 60 in that pen, mostly black, red, blue, white, and a couple barreds. It would be hard to get pictures of all of them lol.

Okay, my guess is splash patterned red incomplete laced, even though none of the hens you described would produce that. I'm going to assume I'm missing some information.
