Any idea what’s wrong with our little chick?

This little chick hatched about two weeks ago. I thought she might have had splay leg and attempting to wrap her legs but it has done nothing. It looks like it hurts.

I think it looks more like a hip issue. Sometimes their soft bones fuse.

Not sure what's wrong, but I don't think taping will help.

Hopefully someone with a good eye will chime in.
