Any idea what breed?

My son is doing a school.project on our chickens and we are wondering if anyone can help determine which breeds are two newest members are.
I believe they are 3-4 months old. I also believe they are Bantam.

Mixed breads are fine. Got them for a farmer one town over for me I went for a Ayam Cemani and my kids picked out these 2 as well.
I was just looking for any additional info to make his first school project extra special.

Well, the gray one is 3-4 months, but the brown and black is older. I’m shocked she isn’t already pumping out eggs, with a comb like that.
