Any idea?

I purchased some chicks and I believe some were mixed up. Black cooper maran, welsummers, speckled sussex.
Any idea on the breed of this roo?

How old his he?

I'm thinking he looks a bit like my BCM if I can remember how his colors began to develop.

Here he is at about 8 weeks.

Here he is at about 24 weeks.

I agree with IamRainey. Your rooster has slightly feathered legs, and Marans are the only breed from your list to have feathered legs.

I would take out speckled sussex out the speckled part would be more prominent. There may be a chance that it is a welsummer, but my guess is a BCM. Beautiful rooster!

Black Copper Marans. Neither Welsummer nor Sussex fits the bill.
