It is a turkey, she was hatched by a friends turken.

They are called Turkens, not turkeys. Turkeys are a completely different type of fowl.

I posted a few pictures below. She hatched from a friend and she's a turkey. He neck is all red and she has clear goop in her eye

Tell us more about your concerns - you mention clear goop in the eye. In one of your photos underneath the beak is wet (greasy) looking - is that ointment or is that from the discharge?

Also showing photos of the back of the chick - the feathers are soiled (?) is that from the chick wiping it's face on the feathers?

Is it one eye or both? Was the eye like that when you got the chick and do you have other chickens already?

It's possible the chick just got debris in the eye and it needs to be flushed out well and you get a good luck to see if something is stuck in there. A peck to the eye is also possible and the eye is infected. Respiratory Disease is a concern as well - do you notice other symptoms, mucous/runny nose, coughing, sneezing, etc.?
I would flush the eye 2-3 times a day with saline, press out any debris or pus, then apply an eye ointment.

Ask your friend if any of her other chicks or adults have or have had goopy eyes, runny nose, coughing, sneezing, etc. If the answer is yes and you have an existing flock - then consider giving the chick back to help reduce the spread of disease to your birds.

She has been fine for the last 2 weeks, no other chickens with respiratory stuff at her former home and she doesn't seem to have signs of it.
Her skin was bright red so I added the antibiotic ointment to it too I didn't see anything in the eyes except for the goop.

I flushed her out today and tried cleaning the goop off her back. She seemed to yell at me when I touched her neck. She’s not sneezing or any other respiratory signs. And her eyes didn’t seem any better. So I’ll try again tomorrow. I did add electrolytes as I’m in Texas and it’s the hottest week of the year so far. So I’m not sure if it will help. I’m just grasping at straws lol

Hard to know which direction to go. If respiratory illness, depending on which one you are dealing with an antibiotic may help with symptoms - they are not a cure and birds would still be carriers of the illness even when recovered. Tylosin Powder is used to treat disease like Mycoplasma, but it's been very hard to find. She now has bubbly in her eye.

What’s the best option here in your opinion? Will he spread it to all of my other chickens even after I give him the antibiotics and get him well? I’ve had these kids for 2 weeks and this is my first experience with any kind of chicken.

can you post some close up photos of the eye,keep the chick separated from the others and wash your hands after handeling. Hopefully non of the others get it the chick is lucky to have you giving it a chance.
