Any ideas as to what's wrong here?

I have a speckled sussex who is almost 2. I've noticed this type of poop under were she roosts. Any ideas as to what could be wrong or what to do for her. She also has a poopy butt. I think she's the girl that I've gotten some soft shelled eggs from.

How is she acting? With the yellow in her droppings, she might have a reproductive infection. Some would be tempted to use an antibiotic to treat her, just in case. Do you have a vet who would treat her? Amoxicillin or Fish Mox sold online is one that might be helpful. Dosage is 125-250 mg twice a day given orally for 7-10 days.

She is wandering around pretty much like normal. We don't have a vet in our area. Where can I get fish mox ? Amazon, I will check fleet farm. They stock some animal medicines. Is there egg withdrawal time with either of these? Thanks for the response.

There is a 7-9 day egg withdrawal time after finishing the amoxicillin. Fish Mox is sometimes found in feed stores such as TSC. And you can get it from this store in 30 or 100 capsules for under $20:
