Any ideas for a halloween costume!?!

So, I can't decide what to go as! I made my brother this really amazing phantom of the opera mask, and my little sister is going to dress up as a "Victorian Princess". I was going to make a chiton, do my hair up and be an ancient Greek, but the chiton proved too difficult. I am something of an history buff jsyk. Anyone got any costume ideas??? I was thinking Lucrezia Borgia

one of most easy costumes to make is a hobo. you take an old t-shirt and pants rip um all up and add patches. wear a hat put cosmetic dirt on your face and call it good
