Any ideas for recovering energy after spell with bad heart?

Well, I finally got the call, going in at 8:00am next wendsday the 26th. No idea what all I'm going to face, but I guess I'll find out when I get there. I've left my wife instructions to contact a couple of people on here ay BYC if anything happens so ya'll will know.
Just hoping it works out. I know something's gotta give, I can't go on like this for sure. Everyday is getting worse. Too weak now to get off the couch. It's getting harder and harder to be possitive and try and laugh it off. It just ain't funny anymore.

Anyway, ya'll keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

I just went on your page again and took a look at your family. It sucks you are hindered by lack of insurance and finances. But they can not turn you away and hospitals work with people and do payment plans.

You yourself are leading us all---concerned chicken folk and friends---to worry in great amounts about your health. I imagine your wife and children's level of anxiety and stress and concern far outweighs our own. Buck up and go to the ER. If you can't even get off the couch because you are that weak...that means something is majorly and seriously wrong. Now go.

Ok, first tell us your going and tell your wife to update us at least once a day or every other day and now GO!

You're not finding this funny...and neither are we. You've got a wife and children to tend to so that means you've got to let the right people help. So GO already.
