Any ideas for recovering energy after spell with bad heart?

Well, I'm back... for now.

Still not sure what's going on, but the Doc said it's not the same old thing... it's different and much more serious this time. He told me to come home and go to bed and stay there until he calles me early in the morning. He's setting up something with the best heart specialist in Tupelo (Our nearest big city, a little over an hour south of here). He did give me new heart meds, a HUGE bottle of nitro, some kind of pills to cancel the nauseia that the heart pills would cause and a script for nerve pills. Nerve pills? Jeez, he shoulda gave those to Terra, she's driving me nuts worryin' over me.
Anyway, I'm beat and just waiting to see what happens next. Supposed to be some kind of emergency thing going to the specialist. He said he'd put me in the hospital tonight, but he knew I'd just raise cain and slip out anyway. Sound's like he knows me huh?
Just keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

Sounds like they may send you to the cath lab and check for blockages maybe?

I've got the nitro liqued you spray under your tongue. I've been too afraid to take it even though there were some times I think I should have because I thought it may make me pass out (according to the directions) and I didn't want to freak out my little girls being alone and stuff. So I just go sit down and try to relax when I have a spell.


Dang...looks like you're gonna have to hijack the hospital computer during your trip...just think of it as a vacation.

You get to lay in bed and get probed and prodded and woke up through the day and night. Ain't it grand?

mississippifarmboy. so sorry to here this. it sound like what they said about my hubby he had to stay in bed they did cardo lab and found bockage in heart and they put in 4 stents and gave him nerve pills.. if u have anothing attack plz 911 they will take u to hospital then they will fly u Tupelo.
pls donot drive let your wife drive to Tupelo. 2 pillow under your head to be prop up

when u take the nitro it should open the veins in your heart

They've got some good heart docs here in Tupelo. I had perinatal cardiomyopathy with congestive heart failure 4 days after I delivered my child. It is VERY rare and they caught it and fixed me up.

I have dealt with LOTS of windows. I look out them ALL the time!
