any ideas of what these two are?

I was wondering if anyone has any inkling of an idea of what breed and/or gender these two guys are. I of course just use guys to refer to all of my chickens, but I do think these might be Roos, but I'm completely clueless. Thanks for any help/information you can give me!

Also! The only think I know about them is that I grabbed them out of the "Assorted Heavies" bin if that helps anyone to narrow things down.

Yea, grumpy looks like a production red or a New Hampshire Red. Doc looks like an Easter Egger.
