Any ideas on culprit?

I have electric wire around my coops and pens/runs. The electric will make a heart skip a few beats when accidentally touched. Once I found 2 snakes electrocuted about a foot from each other.

I have game cameras up to see what critters come around at night.

Some hardwire cloth installed now and a live trap I put where it was digging under the unsecured run fence.

Yes we leave the poop door open cause that side of the coop is only accessed from the secure run. I didn't think that a predator could go from one side of the coop cause it sits on 4x4s. But it's a old shed so maybe some of the 4x4s have rotted creating a passage. Either way I now have a skirt of hardwire around the bottom.

9mm to the head. Took it to a back field now the buzzards are taking care of the rest.

Good you caught the bugger I did put wire under also so far so good.
