Any ideas on the ages of my chicks?

Can you guess the ages on these chicks?

These two Blue Lace Wyandottes were picked up today... They thought about a week old...



My Splash Silkie (I think) I got two weeks ago...



My three Mottled Cochin I got two weeks ago...



My three Silver Laced Wyanottes were picked up two weeks ago...



My three Gold Laced Wyanottes were picked up one week ago... Two are huge and one is small though it has more feathers... Any ideas why? They were all "supposed" to be females...
