Any ideas on what this "rare" breed chick might be?

Right! Me either. Almost every breed in that list has fairly unique looking chicks. Instead I get the most average looking one, hahaha. She is so cute though, and she is the most curious out of the bunch of them!

Thank you for actually taking a look at the list! And for the suggestions. Light Sussex would be interesting since the Speckled Sussex was the one I got that I was most looking forward to.

Here we are at about 1.5 weeks! You can see some dark spots on her wings and tail pinfeathers already. She has become our favorite chick due to her calm nature already

Sussex all have white legs, and hers are yellow. Cross them off your list. It's still a mystery chick!

I too would guess Delaware.

The shanks aren't dark enough but otherwise I'd say white Jersey Giant.

I answered before I saw the larger pictures. I think it is either a light or coronation Sussex.
Delaware is a possibility.
