I'm going to be honest, I have no clue what it is. It has yellow legs, so that rules out most. Still thinking a bit of Silkie. Probably where the crest and extra toe is coming in. None of the breeds quite make sense

Definitely voting it’s a cockerel. Very feisty with other chickens but sweet as can be to me. I’ll post a photo of my full Russian Pav for comparison.
