The 2 white roos with black on the neck and tail look to be light Brahmas or light Brahmas crosses while the 3rd roo that is mostly black looks like a dark Brahma cross. And, yes, sorry those three are roos.
The dark one in the first pic looks like a dark Cornish or dark Cornish cross hen.
The others look like Easter Eggers but the pics make it really hard to tell the sex. Can you get better pics? Pictures with showing the hackles (neck feathers), head/comb, and saddle(right in front of the tail)/tail feathers would really help. Roos will typically have pointed hackle and saddle feathers.
