Any new turkey nest ideas?

Struttn1, i like that 3 sided shelter you got there, i may add 2 very similar to my flight pens next season instead of small pavilion's to put my feeders under and to give added shelter for my birds if they want to use it..great idea on the brush in there, of course you could also plant some small pines around the front at the bigger opening as well.

My Black Spanish hen used a big kettle. The Bourbon Red hens either stuffed themselves into the wall nest boxes that the chickens used...

(they weren't the brightest bulb) or they used a trough. My grandfather took a 50 or 55 gallon drum and "cut" it down the middle. He also removed the top and welded the two halved together top to top. (Cup your hands and bring the pinky sides together and you get the jest.) He built a frame for them and used them to feed cows. They have to be 20 + years old. I found them and I used one and let a friend use the other. I will have to see if I can find pictures of it. They loved it.
