Or It Could Just Be That Your Free Ranging Chickns Eat Everything So There's Nothing Left To Attract The Wild Birds?

I know in michigan you can raise and release 12 bobwhites without a permit. It's all about making sure the birds have good food sources, winter protection, and predator control.
