Any one know why my chicken is sitting like this

she got a head injury about a week ago and has now started sitting like this. Is it just a reaction to pain? Shes almost falling backwards. Is there something i can do for her

I’m so sorry. I would imagine she could have had a head or spinal cord injury or maybe blood loss. Sometimes it’s just traumatic to them so much that the shock Itself kills them. They are so hardy in so many ways and yet so fragile in others. Either way I am so sorry for the loss of your precious bird.
