Wow you guys get a lot of eggs,,, do you give a lot away or sell them or just eat a lot of them. And, would LOVE and olive egger, I just found a photo on line of one, never heard of them before, very neat birds.

I have been giving them away but at some point I would like to sell them to passers-bys. I kinda wanted the eggs to get bigger before I asked somebody to pay for them. I'm still non-GMO, soy-free so hoping there's a demand for that because the price per egg is steep.

If those who remember when I said I was keeping track of how much feed and consumables I was paying per egg? I am now down to only 0.94 an egg. "cough cough*

3rd pullet laid today! Yay! 3 for 3 laying. A lot easier to wait for regular full size eggs knowing all are coming along and trying!

MotherCluckinMe....CONGRATS on your third girl laying. Very nice smooth egg, and what a healthy looking beautiful bird she is! WOW.. lovely, and love her red comb and waddles!

Thanx, she's the newest girl that I was told was about a month from laying. Surprise! She popped one out as soon as she got a handful of freshly dug mealworms! Lol poor girl got too excited.

We stopped at Seven Feathers Resort for the night. Just not driving that far in a day LOL Almost bottom of Oregon. Just making our way to Grand Canyon or there abouts. Going til we get tired then we'll hang out for a couple weeks for some fun in some sun, pool, and not much else My friend said she got 6 eggs today Yay girls! I miss them Have a good night all! BTW it is 15 degrees warmer then home already.
