Any other Carl Hiaasen fans??

He's one of my favorite authors--I've even read and enjoyed his Miami Herald columns and don't live in FL--but his books are a riot. I guess it is because we both have the same kind of sense of humor--must be our Danish ancestry. It helps that we both have the same writing style although my stories are set in rural NYS.

I don't remember the details because I haven't read his books in years. But when I saw his name, I smiled, because I always enjoyed them. For some reason, flamingos came to mind....

Time for a swap trip to the used book store.

Love him, actually took a look in the book store the other day didn't see anything. I was raised in fL, the book "tourist season' makes me laugh everytime I think about it!
