Any pagan chicken keepers?

I think you’re rather presumptive to say I don’t believe. What don’t I believe?

There are many, many pagan traditions, but not all of them worship a deity. Not all pagans even believe in a deity in the traditional sense.
Being a pagan requires belief in deities, every european country has their own deities relative to their own country. Paganism in itself is also a belief, such as how they view the world.
You can admire our traditions, but that doesn't make you a pagan.

Ah, you ascribe to the “my way or the highway” method, how very narrow minded of you. Much like your brethren in the big 3 religions.

Do some more reading about paganism. Better yet, talk to some pagans who aren’t in your circle of influence and get a wider perspective. Your statement may be true for you, but it’s not true for all pagans.

I'm not here for a religious debate, but I might as well explain this to you.
What you choose to do is your own business, and I don't care.
But, celebrating pagan events doesn't make you a pagan. People who 'identify' as pagan are just LARPing without putting in the effort. In essence, adopting the trappings of a religion does not make you religious.
You are basically taking out the core beliefs/culture from paganism and turning it into an inclusive kind of thing, rather like an outfit of what it actually is. (much like what liberals do with christianity and islam)

So respectfully, secular pagans are not pagans.

Btw, I talk to many pagans :) they're just not delusional americans who have no real understanding of our culture.

Score! Another notch in my lipstick case. But, now you’re boring me. This is like talking to any other religious zealot who believes their way is the only way. Enjoy your day :)

I follow the Sun....don't need a label for it.

Seems like you couldn't create a decent argument and just label me as a 'religious zealot'. But, feel free to tell me how my religion works.
Don't appropriate my culture, thanks.

There are soooo many pagans outside of Europe, you seem to be hyperfocused on your own brand. @aveeuropa By definition paganism is a person holding religious beliefs other than those of the main world religions.. a person who follows a polytheistic or pre-Christian religion.. you should get off your high horse. My partner is Native American, her ancestors are by definition pagan. Do you practice asatru? You seem to be the type, close minded and argumentative and all, very popular with skinheads.

Native american paganism is only paganism in the sense of being referred to by christians. Unrelated to european paganism completely.
I didn't want to offend anyone but it seems that everyone here is quite sensitive. It does remind me of my last experience on this website..
I'm not sure how i'm close minded, do you expect me to just accept what you say? I didn't start this in the first place, @igorsMistress just got offended at a harmless statement.
No comment about being a skinhead..
