I LOVE Paints. My favorite Paint color is Bay Paint.

-eye's wide open looking for more Paint pictures-

How about Red Fire for your filly hunterjumper999? Sounds like a great name for your medicine hat filly.

She is cute! I have two paints.

I prefer the more colored verisons instead of mostly white myself. For some reason the bald faces look weird to me. Of course. I can't say much cause I have a balded faced medicine hat.

Both of my paints have one blue eye. Your filly has a wondeful shape. Neither of my boys are registered. But thats okay I love them both. My paints are both very laid back and sweet.

Toby was my first horse. Still my favorite. Rotton little stubborn stinker.

Then we have Romeo. The medicine hat boy. Who gives little childern lessons.

Can't forget my moody mare Dukie. But she's not a paint.

ETA: YES! My bald faced Romeo gets sunburnt badly all year round. So be careful. Use sunblock or a fly mask.

Paint is just a color. DON'T HIT ME!!

Therefore, there is no temperment associated with it. My first horse in my herd in 1985 was a 13'2hh big barrelled, big spotted paint gelding, with a brown face, big blaze and 2 blue eyes--"Toma Coma." I've had two "breeding stock" paints, including my current mare, "Warrens Cindy," below:

Her last owner bought her from a breeder who didn't want her because she had no spots. He bought her when she was a yearling, bred her 4 x and sold her to me at age 10. Note the one blue eye--the other one is brown. She's had spotted foals and is registered with the Spotted Saddle Horse Horse Association, the "paint" side of KMH's.

IM Humble O, if ya want to stand out, buy a liver chestnut OR a blue roan.

We are down to 7 paints (River, Cherokee, Cody, Elmer, Junior, Sassy and Eden), 1 appy (Pecos) and some mini donks. We just love our paints!!!

I recently just bought River so please excuse her unpleasant figure... she is now as fat as the other ones

Enjoy!!!

Since we are on the subject of paints. I am looking for another paint filly. I was wondering does anyone know a good place to get a nice pedigreed paint filly.

I know this is on a low end but this will be first horse I have actually bought so I can personally only go to maybe $1500 possibly $2000 if I can save that much. I am looking a less than 1 year old horse. Because I really want to try my hand in training.

Actually paint is not just a color, it's a breed and would be pretty much the same as a QH. Pinto is a color (or pattern really since they can be any color), I have 3 pinto mini horses. My first ever horse was a bay tovero pinto.

I know hes not a paint and not a filly but he will be a year in March... he is absolutely stunning and the pictures do him no justice!.... by Sun Dusty Frost out of Twister Ann Socks. Also have a paint mare (breeding stock) due to foal in March by a palomino (baby will most likely be palomino). If you click my facebook links you can see one of her babies. His name is Cody and is our shooting horse.

This is our shooting horse, just incase you cant find him...
