Any Phoenix owners??

Hey! I am getting Show Phoenix chicken hatching eggs ASAP, and want to know who else here has them! Picture s please!!!

I have one golden phoenix hen. I had a pair, but after severe flooding my roo became ill and died. Financially I can not get another rooster so I crossed the phoenix hen and my Yokohama hen with a polish rooster. I then crossed one of those roosters back to the Yokohama hen. I now have 9 chicks that are 1/2 Yokohama, 1/4 phoenix, and 1/4 polish. I'm hoping to get a long tail. Here's a picture of a polish/phoenix pullet.

These are young birds from privett hatchery, 1/2 gold and 1/2 silver along with 1 red cockrel,they are 5 months old. 1/2 of my golden pullets have green legs and greenish/blue lobs and both gold cockrels have green legs??? The other gold pullets have the slate legs like they are supposed too. Are my green legged birds trash or something specisl? I'm new to these breeds.

I think you can see the green legs and ear lobs on the gold hen bottom left. I will get a better pic tommorrow to better show them.

I used to have a couple Black Breasted Red Phoenix bantams....evil creatures, though gorgeous. Neither was able to grow their tails to full length.

You mention getting some soon....what variety?

gorgeous! Luckily the ones I'm getting are bred for beauty as well as temperament! Standard size, he has every color I know of, but I am still trying to decide they are from the President of the American Phoenix Breeders Association!
