What kind of tree is it??
I’ll me and my mom has all sorts of plants in here! I don’t know all the names of them but most of them are pretty high up to the point where they can’t reach but she does have this Hawaiian tree that they like to nibble on.

My bed room is quiet small, and my dad wouldn’t like the hairs on the bed if that makes sense.
Yes, that makes since. Small will be better for them as they still adjust and grow, so you're bedroom would be a great fit. But i understand the bed part. Is there a way you could keep them off your bed?

Well, my dad is alright with keeping them indoors but they still poop everywhere I think it’s because they are young and not fixed. Also, they chew the carpet...
That's great! I'm glad you managed to get them inside.

They have a litter box and I’m still potty training them but they still mark their territory everywhere does that have anything to do with spaying or neutering them? Because we are planning to neuter the boy we’re not sure about the girl yet because it’s more expensive.
Not being fixed yet is definitely going to cause them to pee outside their litter box.
You should get them both fixed. Spayed rabbits live longer than rabbits that are intact.

Also we are currently keeping them indoors because it’s too cold for them outside they’re in the office but when we do leave we have to keep them in a small cage which is why I was thinking of buying a dog exercise pen instead. But they have chewed a corner of the carpet... 😬
An exercise pen in great! I have one from Frisco which I like. Or, you can also just use an old kiddie play pen.

Because it's unnatural and bad for her. And no, they do not have a high chance of getting cancer. :D
Are these your first bunnies by chance?
I'm going to have to disagree with this. Spaying a rabbit is not unnatural or bad. If she isn't spayed, she will have an increased chance of cancer, and non-spayed females often don't live as long as those that have been spayed.

I would rather keep them inside how can we keep them inside in a way that they can’t be destructive and where would you think we should keep them like in my bedroom or in the living room?
Keep them wherever is most convenient for you and your family. Chili has the whole bottom level of our house to himself, but that might not work for you. Just find whatever works best.
Also, I know you said you've been watching Lennon The Bunny. She has some great tips on how to bunny proof your home, and make sure nothing is getting destroyed.
They actually have a couple wooden chew toys but I do need to buy more. Also they eat all the fallen leaves off my mom‘s plants! Is that OK for them to eat?
I would not let them eat any kind of plant leaves.
