As for ideas on what and how to dehydrate...the dehydrator will come with a booklet that will tell you the care and use of it along with some basic recipees. For more ellaborate ones try the Nesco American Harvest site. Click on recipees, dehydrator, and search. Here is a link, hope it works, but if not, just go on the site. Hope it helps! Have fun!

Once you start, you'll never buy store bought dried items again.

Thank you everyone - That solar drying looks neat, plus I have a bunch of great sunlight hear in texas most of the time!!
